Wonderful service today! Benjamin was able to check my equipment and found ut was old wiring. He was able to replace the old wiring to the building and fix the issues I was having! Thanks for having a wonderful technical and great work from Astound!!!

Anna is one of the kindest most well informed customer service representatives I have ever encountered in any business. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer questions and help me navigate my account. She has saved me money, time, and effort more than once. Anna is the best!

Astound Broadband (formerly RCN) has been one of the most frustrating internet providers I have ever dealt with. I can’t wait until a class action is filed. I lose service every single day, and it’s beyond exhausting. I’ve been working 100% remotely since January, and reliable internet is essential for my job. Instead, I’ve had to restart or unplug my equipment at least 5–10 times a week just to stay connected. Over the past several months, Astound has sent multiple technicians to my home and even “upgraded my equipment”. Every time, I’m told the issue has been resolved. Everything works perfectly for about 72 hours. Then I’m right back to dealing with dropped connections, interruptions, and the same ongoing problems. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that in Bethlehem Township, Astound is the only provider servicing my area, leaving customers with little to no alternative. When you work remotely, dependable internet isn’t a luxury it’s a necessity. No one should have to wonder whether they’ll be able to do their job each day because their internet provider can’t deliver consistent service. Been a customer since we moved here in 2018. Too bad loyalty doesn't matter to them. I keep asking to lower the bill because we only have wifi but need at least 1gig. If I were a new customer I could pay $65 but instead since I'm an old time loyal customer, I can stay with $100. I am cancelling. So sad. The customer reps could care less too and they'll just close the chat on you lol love it.

Astound has been an incredible internet service with incredible pricing. Customer Service is available 24/7 but also works to solve your requests right on the phone. Granted, I've never really experienced issues with my service. Would recommend Astound to anyone that can be serviced by them.
